Berkley's 2022 Rosé of Cabernet Franc! For those of you who have not tried it, it is a mix of direct press and saignee juice, fermented in neutral oak, stainless steel, and amphora. I hear this wine really went to a new level this year, and I believe it. It's delicious.
The winery, T. Berkley Wines was founded out of a love for winemaking and the classic wines of the Loire Valley by Taylor Berkley and was launched in 2016 with the longer vision of a treatise in Cabernet Franc, a grape that inspired the owner's winemaking journey.
